By choosing the Royal Mail as our official supplier we hope to deliver your items with the morning or second post, however we can not be held responsible for any delays that occur in transit. All packages are sent recorded delivery to ensure their speedy and safe arrival.

The Pro Direct Soccer team will always try to get all orders despatched on the day of order. However, this may not always be possible, for reasons such as:

Products on Pre-Order or out of stock
Products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will despatched in the period specified on the website

Credit card checks
On occasion we may need to make additional checks on your credit card - this might delay your order.

Personalisation
Boots or gloves with name, numbering and flags added may take an extra few days to despatch.

Our Suppliers
If a product is in extremely high demand we may need to re-order it from our suppliers.The number of days that this process will take will be quoted on the product specification page. e.g. "Available within 7 days"

If there is any problem fulfilling your order we will contact you immediately.

While every effort is made to ensure that products, images, prices, colours and personalisation options are correct at the time of being posted on the Pro-Direct Soccer web site, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, personalisation or product changes. All colours are approximate.

If your delivery has been sent via Royal Mail
Please click here to track your parcel and enter your 13 digit reference number (shown above) in the 'Track and Trace' box. The status of your order will then be shown. If you miss the delivery please take your missed delivery notification card along with a form of identity to collect your parcel. ROYAL MAIL will hold your order for up to four days before returning it to us. If you did not receive a card you will need to contact your local royal mail collection office. If you feel you need to contact Royal Mail concerning the whereabouts of your parcel please call Royal Mail customer service on 08457 740 740.

If your delivery has been sent via DPD (UK) Courier
Please click here to track your parcel enter your reference number. You can track up to 30 parcels at once. Enter the numbers separated by a return/enter key and then click Search. The full delivery status of your order will then be shown. All deliveries will need to be signed for between 9.00 am and 5.30 p.m. Deliveries within the UK are sent on a next working day service and to the Republic of Ireland two working days. If you miss the delivery a card will be left and they will attempt to deliver the next working day. If your delivery has been sent via Citylink Courier
Please click here to track your parcel and enter your 8 Digit reference number (shown above) in the 'City Link Job No' Box. The full delivery status of your order will then be shown. All deliveries will need to be signed for between 9.00 am and 6.00 p.m. Deliveries are sent on a next working day service. If you miss the delivery a card will be left and they will attempt to deliver the next working day. If you feel you need to contact Citylink concerning the whereabouts of your parcel please call City Link customer service on 08700 007 007.
