SUPPLYING ARTWORK

If you send us your artwork on disc or via email please ensure that the designs are supplied in a Mac or PC drawing package, ideally Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw.

TEXT
Please ensure that all text is converted to curves if not supplying fonts. This will greatly aid us in processing your order more efficiently.

FILE FORMATS
Please also ensure that artwork has to be saved as a PDF, JPEG, BMP or TIFF file ONLY.

CHARGES
If artwork is supplied in the above formats we do not place an artwork charge on the work. If any artwork is supplied in a format other than mentioned above, an hourly artwork fee will be charged for turning the supplied artwork into a usable format for our process. Samples of your logos are sent for approval before
garments are printed.

Sponsor Logo Print (2 colours) - £3.00 (pds 100 999 017)

Sizes of logos:
We print logos to the Football Association recommended size. The sponsor logos will be stretched to the maximum 32sq inches/200 sq cm permitted by the F.A. unless otherwise specified. However in some cases where the style of the logo is too wide it may not be possible to print to the maximum size allowed. It may also not be possible to print full sized logos on smaller sizes of shirts 26/28 to 30/32. On an order which contains large and small jerseys we will adjust the size of logo to suit all sizes supplied.

Unless otherwise requested, we will attach numbers 2-12 and 14,15 to a set of 13 shirts. Please Indicate which numbers are required on different shirt sizes if required.

- Front shirt number £2.00 per application
- Short front number £2.00 per application

Please check your order carefully before printing/embroidery as Pro-Direct are unable to exchange goods after customisation. Pro-Direct will not accept responsibility for goods incorrectly supplied which are then printed or embroidered nor for goods incorrectly printed or embroidered by sources other than Pro-Direct.

Many Pro-Direct garments are manufactured using high quality sublimation print processes. Trained operators should carry out any further processes using inks or heat.

Pro-Direct is unable to offer advice on the application of decorative products other than those it supplies and will not accept liability for any damage and/or discolouration attributed to decorative products.
