Elite Plus Membership Terms & Conditions
Enjoy early access to Sale Events, Product Launches, Exclusive Offers & Competitions, Birthday Treats, and Unlimited FREE Standard Delivery for 12 months for a single payment of £9.95, or Unlimited FREE Next Day Delivery for 12 months for a single payment of £13.95.
Please note that Elite + can be used on orders fulfilled by Pro Direct Sport Warehouse and can not be used in conjunction with orders fulfilled by our Partners Nike and Adidas.
How do I join Elite+?
You can subscribe to Elite+ by adding your chosen delivery option (Standard or Next Day) to an order via Checkout, via My Account – Elite+, or via our Elite+ Membership Page
You must have a registered Pro:Direct customer account, and be logged in to your customer account to use Elite+.
How long does it last?
Elite+ is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and will automatically renew every year to ensure that you always get the benefit of FREE delivery, and the other exclusive Elite+ benefits.
Am I eligible?
Elite+ is only available to individuals aged 18 years and older residing in the UK. Elite+ is not available for purchase in conjunction with any another promotion.
Please note that Elite+ (as with all features and benefits on our websites) is designed for personal customer use only, and not agents, businesses, or re-sellers. *An Elite+ membership becomes active after the 2nd purchase of using your subscription.
Are there any delivery restrictions?
Standard Delivery applies to orders up to maximum order weight of 15kg, excluding oversized items (such as Goals) which require a special courier.
Next Day Delivery applies to orders to orders up to maximum order weight of 2.5kg.
Pre-Order Items, or personalised items (where the available date is in the future) will mean that Next Day will be available but the day your item will arrive will be the next business day AFTER the Available Date displayed.
Elite+ Delivery is designed for personal customer use available for delivery to UK addresses only. Postcode restrictions may apply to certain delivery methods including BFPO addresses, you can review the postcode restrictions here
You are responsible for checking that your postcode is eligible before purchasing. We will not be responsible or liable for failure to provide Elite+ Delivery to you should your postcode not be eligible to receive Elite+ Delivery.
Subject to any statutory rights that you may have, you shall not be entitled to a refund if your postcode is not eligible to receive Elite+ Delivery.
How many times can I use Elite+ Delivery?
You can order with Elite+ Delivery as many times as you like, but it is subject to a fair use policy - just to make sure people are not taking advantage of this great proposition, which may include making excessive use of, or placing unusual burdens on, the service (e.g., ordering and/or returning items beyond what would reasonably be expected of someone using the service for personal use). Elite+ is designed strictly for personal customer use, and not agents, businesses, or re-sellers.
Can I use Elite+ membership on any Pro:Direct website?
Elite+ is a customer-level membership, but currently only applies to our Soccer and Running websites. The other sport categories may be added in time to get the full benefit of free delivery across all sports. Check out the product selection on Soccer because in addition to speciality sport items, we also stock a wide range of fitness, training, and lifestyle footwear and clothing.
How do I use Elite+ Delivery when making a purchase?
When placing an order, you can select to use Elite+ Delivery as part of your delivery options. Your order will be placed in accordance with our purchase terms and conditions. We draw your attention to our delivery FAQs and the delivery terms in our standard purchase terms and conditions, which apply in addition to these terms and conditions. In particular, time will not be of the essence for delivery or performance and all delivery dates specified in these terms and conditions, on our website, and in any correspondence are estimates only. This means that we will not be responsible if goods are delivered outside those times, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any delay.
Elite+ Birthday Treats
As an Elite+ member you may be eligible for a birthday treat providing you have provided us with your Date of Birth within ‘My Account – My Details.’
How will I receive my Birthday Treat?
We will notify you of your Birthday Treat via email, so please ensure that you have opted in for our Newsletter emails (you can manage this within ‘My Account – My Preferences’).
Early Access to Sale Events
What Sale Events can you get early access to?
As an Elite+ member you may be eligible for early access to key sale events, such as our Black Friday Event, or Bank Holiday Sale
How will I know about Sale Events?
We will notify you of your Early Access to Sale Events via email, so please ensure that you have opted in for our Newsletter emails (you can manage this within ‘My Account – My Preferences’).
Early Access to Hype Product Launches
What can I get early access to?
As an Elite+ member you may get early access to selected Pro:Direct product launches. Such access will be exclusively available to Elite+ customers for a limited time-period.
Are there any restrictions on product launches?
You are only able to purchase one product per product launch. Pro:Direct reserves the right to cancel any multiple orders placed.
Access to Elite+ product launches will be provided on a first come, first served basis and subject to availability. Such access will be available via the Elite+ membership email account only and will not be available via any other email accounts you may have.
Access to Elite+ product launches does not guarantee that you will be able to obtain stock from those launches. Your early access will provide you with a greatly increased opportunity to obtain stock, but we cannot make any guarantees due to stock limitations.
How do I know If I have met the Hype Product Criteria?
To be eligible for our Elite+ exclusive Hype Product Launches you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Be signed up to our newsletter. (You can manage this within 'My Account – My Preferences')
- Have an active Elite+ membership (this may take 24 hours to activate after date of purchase)
- Be based within the UK/EU.

Exclusive Offers & Competitions
As an Elite+ member you will be eligible for exclusive offers and competitions at points throughout the 12-month period.
Are there any restrictions on being able to access these offers and competitions?
Access will be provided on a first come first served basis and subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any offer, at any time.
How will I know about the Elite+ Exclusive Offers & Competitions?
We will notify you of your Exclusive Offers and Competitions via email so please ensure that you have opted in for our Newsletter emails (you can manage this within ‘My Account – My Preferences’).
Changes to your Elite+ Membership Subscription and/or these terms and conditions
We reserve the right (at our sole discretion) to accept or refuse your subscription to Elite+ and to change these terms and conditions (including the delivery service valid in this subscription) at any time.
If we consider (at our sole discretion) that you are misusing Elite+ in any way (including by breaching these terms and conditions), we reserve the right to terminate your subscription immediately without notice. You are responsible for using Elite+ in accordance with these terms and conditions.
We may, at our sole discretion, decide to terminate your Elite+ subscription. If we do so, you may (at our sole discretion) be given a prorated refund, based on the number of whole months remaining in your subscription. We will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these terms and conditions or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse, or is harmful to our interests or another user.
We will inform you of any significant changes to these terms and conditions. All other applicable terms and conditions apply.
Renewal & Cancellation Rights
How do I stop my automatic renewal of Elite+?
Your Elite+ membership will automatically renew for a further 12 months upon the anniversary of your original sign-up date providing we can take payment (with the payment method you originally used).
You can switch off the automatic renewal of your membership via ‘My Account’ on the Pro:Direct Sport website(s) at any time. No refund will be given, and your current membership subscription will continue until its expiry date.
How do I cancel Elite+?
You can cancel your subscription to Elite+ and receive a refund of the subscription cost within the first 14 days of purchasing Elite+ (excluding the cost of delivery on your initial order if this was shipped).
