  • What is the Pro:Direct Partner Program?

    To ensure our customers have access to an even bigger range of products and sizes from top brands, we have introduced the Pro:Direct partner Program. So, occasionally a product you purchase from us may be fulfilled by one of our selected partner brands. Here are some details about the Pro:Direct Partner Program.

    All of our partners agree to the Pro:Direct service promises:
    - 28 Day Return policy
    - Free Delivery & Returns*
    - Standard Delivery (3-5 Business Days)
    - Pro:Direct Customer Care
    - Pro:Direct Promotions Do Not Apply**

    * Free standard delivery and returns to UK destinations only. Additional postage options are unavailable at this time.
    ** Please note, all promotions offered by Pro:Direct such as personification, multi-buy, discounts, free gifts, affiliate orders, PFA etc, will not apply.

  • How do I return a Pro:Direct Partner item?

    Please use the enclosed returns label to send back your item - this guarantees that your item is returned to the correct address. Please contact us at customerservices@prodirectsport.com or call us on +44 (0)371 423 2020 if you have any questions about returning your product.

  • How do I identify if the item is being fulfilled by Nike or adidas?

    You will see this on the Product page, after you have selected the size you need it will show as "Delivered by our partner Nike/adidas". This information will also be there throughout the checkout process.  
    If you are placing an order for multiple items and have a combination of Pro:Direct and Pro:Direct Partner products in your order, these will be dispatched to you in separate packages and will be listed separately in your basket. 

  • Why is the price different when I select the size I need?

    Some products may be available in certain sizes directly from Pro:Direct, while other sizes may only be available from one of our partners and therefore in these instances prices may vary depending upon the supplier.

  • What delivery options are available if the item is being fulfilled by Nike or adidas?

    Your order will be delivered on a Free Standard Delivery & Returns service to UK destinations only. Additional postage options are unavailable at this time. Pro:Direct Partner products will be sent to you directly by our partners.

  • Can I use my Coupon code if the item is being fulfilled by Nike or adidas?

    Unfortunately not, all promotions offered by Pro:Direct such as personalisation, multi-buy, discounts, free gifts, affiliate orders, PFA etc, will not apply in this case.

  • Can I have the item personalised if it is being fulfilled by Nike or adidas?

    Unfortunately not, all promotions offered by Pro:Direct such as personalisation, multi-buy, discounts, free gifts, affiliate orders, PFA etc, will not apply in this case.

  • Can I order from one of Pro:Direct's partners for delivery outside of the UK?

    Unfortunately items that are only available from one of our partners cannot be delivered outside of the UK.

  • Who do I contact if I have an issue with my Pro:Direct Partner Delivery or Return?

    Please contact Pro:Direct at customerservices@prodirectsport.com or call us on +44 (0)371 423 2020 for any enquiries about orders placed on our website, even if the order will be fulfilled by one of our partners.
