Pro:Direct offers competitive pricing on shipments to all US states to bring you the latest products from the biggest brands. We only use FedEx services and deliveries are made Monday to Friday only.

Please note that orders placed with Standard/Priority Overnight Shipping before 3PM EST Mon-Thurs will be dispatched the same day for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed with Standard/Overnight shipping before 3PM EST on Friday will be dispatched the same day but will not be delivered until the next working day.

Please be aware that FedEx do not deliver to PO boxes. If you have a PO box billing address, you will need to provide a physical US delivery address, but you must still provide the PO Box as the billing address for security purposes.

Please note that we are currently offering half price on all shipping services for all orders, excluding First Overnight. The discount will be shown in your basket once a service is selected.
